Why choose Arc?

Most PT gets you back to baseline. ARC gets you back better.

Whether you're preparing for surgery, recovering from one, or refusing to wait for an injury to happen — you don't train to be average, and your rehabilitation shouldn't be either.

ARC combines clinical and athletic expertise, strength and conditioning, and individualized performance programming to identify what's limiting you, build real capacity around it, and return you to sport stronger than before the injury ever happened.

Because for athletes, pain-free isn't the finish line.

Athletic Expertise. Clinical Experience. Performance Mindset

Dr. Justin Marceau founded ARC Sports Performance with the belief that rehabilitation should be the foundation for what comes next, not the finish line. ARC was created to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and the demands of returning back to sport, and provide athletes and active individuals with the time, attention, and expertise needed to not only recover from injury, but to come back stronger than before.

A Connecticut native, Justin earned his Athletic Training (2020) and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2023) at Quinnipiac University. During his time at Quinnipiac, Justin worked with countless sports such as rugby, lacrosse, softball/baseball, and acrobatics and tumbling as well as other opportunities at both Yale University, and the University of Wyoming's football team. He also served as an athletic trainer for Quinnipiac University's Cross Country and track team's as well as countless per diem hours at local high schools and colleges such as Connecticut College and Wesleyan University.

These experiences gave Justin a perspective that extends beyond traditional physical therapy. Working alongside athletes, coaches, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals showed him that the best rehabilitation doesn't happen in isolation. It happens when everyone works together toward the same goal. This is ARC's philosophy and remains central to the way Justin approaches care today.

Justin has extensive experience working with orthopedic and sports-related injuries, including guiding athletes and active individuals through the rehabilitation process following procedures such as ACL reconstruction and labral repair. From the early stages following surgery through the transition back to training and competition, he emphasizes progressive strength development, movement quality, physical capacity, and confidence.

Whether you're a collegiate athlete working toward a return to competition, an active adult trying to get back to the gym, or someone who simply wants to move without limitations, Justin believes you deserve the same level of attention and care.

The goal isn't simply to get you back to where you were. It's to help you become better than you were before.
