Do I need a referral to start physical therapy?
ARC Sports Performance is an out-of-network service, and does not require a referral or script.
How is ARC different than other physical therapy clinics?
Insurance-based clinics operate within real constraints — limited time, shared attention, and coverage that ends at pain-free. ARC is an out-of-network practice built around a different standard: every session is one-on-one with a doctoral-level orthopedic specialist, with no insurance timelines dictating your progress. We don't stop until you're stronger and performing better than you were before the injury.
