Common Questions
Who do you work with?
We work with athletes and active individuals of all levels, from high school and collegiate athletes to adults who want to stay active, get stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Do I need to be an athlete?
No. You don't need to compete in a sport to work with ARC. If you have an injury, want to return to exercise, or are looking to move and perform better, we can help.
How is ARC different than other physical therapy clinics?
Insurance-based clinics operate within real constraints — limited time, shared attention, and coverage that ends at pain-free. ARC is an out-of-network practice built around a different standard: every session is one-on-one with a doctoral-level orthopedic specialist, with no insurance timelines dictating your progress. We don't stop until you're stronger and performing better than you were before the injury.
Can I still use my insurance?
ARC Sports Performance is an out-of-network provider meaning it does not take insurance. We do however provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
What happens during my first visit?
Your first session includes a comprehensive evaluation, discussion of your goals, movement assessment, and the development of a plan based on what you need to get better.
What if I’m not currently injured?
You don't have to be injured to work with ARC. We can help identify limitations, build strength and physical capacity, and reduce injury risk while helping you perform at a higher level.Â
